What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation (48 hours is preferred, but understandably not always possible).


 First time: Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service amount.

Second warning: Failure to do so a second time may result in a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service amount in addition to the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future appointments (deposits will be applied to your total at checkout).


Final warning: A third offense will result in refusal of service accompanied by a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Do you accept my card?

Absolutely! Thanks to my Square processing system, I accept credit and debit. Additionally, I am able to take cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay as forms of payment. Tipping is optional and can be accepted in any of the forms listed.


At this time, I do not accept personal checks or Cash App.

Where can I find a list of your provided services and pricing?

All of my services are listed on my booking website via Square and all include a brief description of pricing, timing, and what to expect. Visit the "Book Online" tab to be linked to Square booking.

If you are having trouble finding the availability that you need, please contact me via text or e-mail as I am occasionally able to accommodate slightly outside of regularly scheduled hours.

What products do you use?

Joico is the primary line for both my color and product line accompanied by Olaplex steps No. 1 through 6. I also have some various retail products available from popular, reputable brands who live up to my standards as a professional. This is just yet another way that I am able to customize the guest experience and aftercare options!

Where are you located?

My suite is located within Phenix Salon Suites in Waterstone Center. The address is 9885 Waterstone Blvd., Suite 104, Cincinnati, OH 45249. Phenix Salon Suites is situated right between Barnes & Noble and Old Navy. The shopping center is also home to some popular stores such as Target, Costco, Bath & Body Works, Justice, Michael's, etc.

How long have you been doing hair?

About 7 years.


I began attending Paul Mitchell the School - Cincinnati in early 2012. After several weeks of school, "Future Professionals" are able to begin offering services on the salon floor at the school. In late 2013, I graduated from PMTSC and promptly got licensed in the state of Ohio. I spent several years as a freelance hair and makeup artist primarily focusing on event and photoshoot styling, even being featured in Feroce Magazine. After quite a search, I found a salon that suited me in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio and remained there for a little over two years before deciding to open my own suite. I am extremely proud to bring years of experience to Mason and southwestern Ohio in general!

How do I get ahold of you?

Text, email, and direct message are the preferred forms of contact in the event that you are unable to book online or have any additional questions. Due to the nature of the salon suite setting, there is no receptionist so I am unable to answer phone calls during appointments or after scheduled business hours. I will reply to all messages during business hours or within one hour before and after business hours. Messages received after the one hour post-close mark will be replied to on the following business day.

What should I do if I'm running late?

Feel free to send a text to (419) 304-6906 if you are running late. I always allow a 15 minute grace period, but after 15 minutes I may not be able to honor the appointment unless scheduling allows. If you are more than 20 minutes late and scheduling does not allow the appointment to be honored, the appointment will be considered a late cancel or no-call no-show. Please see above for the cancellation policy.

Help, I don't see the appointment time I need!

My booking site is typically accurate but you are always welcome to contact me to check availability. I am occasionally able to accommodate appointments slightly before or after hours. If I am unable to do so, I will be able to let you know the next earliest availability. I always advise pre-booking when possible to secure your appointment and avoid the last-minute panic!

I had a bad experience with a different stylist. What reassurance can you offer if I book with you?

The goal is for everyone to leave looking and feeling their best! I offer a seven day grace period in which I encourage all of my guests to give me their honest feedback. If I have fallen short, I am more than happy to make adjustments within the seven day window. All adjustments are done at my discretion after an in-person consultation. Due to the nature of the industry and the way services are provided, refunds will not be issued at any time. I appreciate clear communication to avoid conflict!
